Presentation on GID Data Base

InterAction invites you to attend a presentation by Johannes Jutting, Senior Economist at the OECD Development Center. Mr. Jutting is the main author of an innovative data base on gender equality, the OECD Gender, Institutions and Development Data Base. The GID Data Base is the only comprehensive data collection that provides cross-country information on discriminatory social institutions ranging from violence against women to family traditions and customary ownership rights. The OECD Development Center has recently teamed up with innovative data platforms similar to Wikipedia to reach new communities and user networks.
